Carol Narizinho, Brazilian model and Playboy centrelfold. Born Carolina Almeida Gonçalves, on March 20, 1990, Carol first appearedd on the program Panico on the Band Rede Bandeirantes. In 2013 she made the cover of the edition of Playboy magazine and in 2014 was a sensation at the World Cup.
